Life isn't easy is it? No matter how much we think we have it together, there will always be someone who thinks otherwise and isn't afraid to let you know about it.
I'm sorry that your life hasn't worked out the way that you thought it would. To be honest, I think you need to adopt a mindset of not caring what others think. It's hard to do since we're programmed to care about what they think, but it's healthier to make decisions that don't involve their opinion. When you can decide what YOU want, regardless of what they say, there is a lot of freedom in that.
Don't worry about what people think about your weight and don't worry about your job status or education level. That doesn't define who you are. Decide what you want to change about your life and get to it. Find a job that you enjoy and apply until they hire you. Find a workout program that's fun and makes you want more. Research career options until you find something that makes you excited. You can make a change.
I would also recommend that you find a person to confide in. Whether that's a best friend, a therapist or a trusted family member, it really helps to have a person to vent to, as well as someone who will give you sound advice without being judgemental. I know it's hard to go to a therapist (admitting something is wrong) but it is VERY worth it in the end.
Good luck, and remember to never give up on yourself!
