I filed my papers and would like to find out the out come of it. What next?

My name is Brian Klein and I live in Statham, Ga. I would like to find out what is going on with the class action suit and if the repairs on my home will be corrected?

In the UK your solicitor would be able to tell you exact details, but if you filed papers in court yourself and paid fees, you should have been giving a court date/hearing (verbally, not necessarily in writing) when filing or at least within 48hrs...........Most company's would complete any defects, fairly quickly to stop the matter going to court........but if not...if the matter is found in your favour the court will announce a date that matters should be completed by....Wishing you all the Best.......Stressful....or What !!!...

Then you need to contact whatever law firm is handling the class action suit. Nobody here on an anonymous international Web forum is going to know anything about it.
