I got a speeding ticket, and now I have to write a letter to the court?

Postby fenwick » Wed Aug 01, 2012 7:20 am

I got a speeding ticket in January. I went to traffic school and got a copy of my driving record. I also have to send letter to the court affirming full compliance with all of the conditions of the agreement. Which is I plea guilty and paid my ticket as well has traffic school, and got a copy of my driving record.
what does that mean? and what do I write?

when you did traffic school you already paid the ticket fine with traffic school. and your traffic school should have mailed the completion certificate directly to the court. so you should have to do anything else.

you should call the court to verify if you case is already closed.
