I need to write letter to a judge asking him to keep a speeding ticket off my record?

I was told by the police department that i could do this, but i woudld like to do it formal. Please help me. I am 17 years old. This has been my only ticket, and i am a straight A honour student. member of stuco and national honors society. Can i use these things in my letter. Please help me. Thankyou

I would also add that you have since researched the results of speeding in accidents, add facts and figure to prove how fatalities and injuries would be reduced if drivers could be encouraged not to speed. Apologise and admit you were stupid and you have learned a valuable life lesson when you were booked

Why do you need to seal it? If you got a speeding ticket no school will care. Minor traffic infractions won't count against you. Almost everyone has speeding tickets. If you were arrested for it then that's a different scenario. In that case you may want to contact a lawyer and get that done formally and correctly.
