I Had Been Fake Accused Of Stealing... Report Then Arrests To Be Written By Officer Refused Me For Trespassing, While I Named 911

Postby segar » Wed Jan 01, 2014 12:37 am

Me and my children and spouse had been fake demonstrated we have been harmless, looked and accused of robbing. I asked the official to produce a police report and he'd not. I then named 911 to get another official in the future out. I was arrested for trespassing, while on the telephone with 911. Some thing poor? Did he merely charge me why? We had been altogether. Appears like he was attempting to hide an additional event. Any recommend to prosecute law enforcement workplace, him and the shop???

Wouldn't be the initial time. Regrettably, while you are most likely in the appropriate, you would require a lawyer and lawsuit to prove as considerably. You may possibly well want to go thru that hassle. I've grow to be astonished at what police departments in this nation will do, thinking they can get away with it(the recent Phoenix P.D. fiasco is only a single of many examples). Meanwhile, the officer is legally entitled(right use of the word: permitted, enabled, authorized) to search suspects. It really is weird, intrusive, and how he knows whom he is dealing with. Likewise detaining a suspect. Your time and dignity are not compensated. And given that he located no crime on your element, there would be no police report of a crime. Calling 911 merely pissed him off, and an additional officer would have also refused what he refused. danielpauldavis 51 months ago Please sign in to give a compliment. It does not appear that you have a case against the police officer or the department.   You can not "make" a police officer do anything.  You can request the police officer give you his badge number and the call info so that you can follow up on the police report later - police often do their case reports later in the day.  It was probably your "insistance" about this issue that got you arrested, and that will probablly nt be a case you will win.  You were probably told to leave where you were after the search.   On the other hand, if they drop the trespassing charge, consider just forgetting the entire incident and choose not to shop at that store any more.   BTW, you didn't "prove you were innocent" since no trial occured; you just proved that you were not in possession of any stolen property at that point in time.

Unfortunately, while you are likely in the right, you would need a lawyer and lawsuit to prove as much. You may well want to go thru that hassle. I've become astonished at what police departments in this nation will do, thinking they can get away with it(the recent Phoenix P.D. fiasco is only one of many examples). I wuld speak to an attorney. While being no attorney myself, it sounds like you may have a case against they store. I'm guessing there's more to the story...like the officer probably told you to leave the place, and you didn't....

IOU-0 said: 2 get a lawyer, no help you can use will come from askville, we only know your side of the story and there is always 2 sides to every legal altercation. Only a lawyer will review both sides and fight for you , you may be guilty as sin(OR NOT) and we HERE in THE VILLE OF ASK. have no way of knowing just because you say you are innocent. 51 months ago
