Can police officers go onto a property without notifying the property owner and create a police report without the property owner knowing about it...Is that a rights violation..The officer took photos through the windows...The created a report and used the photos...this report sat in a file for two years...Now, my former tenant is suing me using this report...

If they did not present a warrant, they can lose their job. Get a good lawyer and take them to court
