I need legal advice and input? perjury?

Postby gillivray5 » Sat Feb 25, 2012 4:46 am

Long story short me an my gf are living together on the lease and we got into a arguement it was around 930. so i left i came back and all the couch cushions were off the couch and had no where to sleep i even slept on floor but at 1250 at night her brother in law messages me say tell your gf your sister in jail. so i knock on door she didnt wake up then i just opened it she jumps up screaming at me and starts spazzing calls the cops after she ran into living room grabbed pics of my family and threw them on floor. i told her get outta my room end of that cops come she says i went to punch her and cops didnt believe her and we went to bed. i wake up at 10am and realize that all the toilet paper in house gone and all the towels hidden. but then she didnt come home all day after work i get knock on the door she went and got order of protection and told the judge i was preventing her from sleeping and barged in her rooom with fist to face and granted her order of protection. she lied to judge just to get me removed because the cops didnt wanna hear it since i only woke her for a reason. she overeacted my question is can she get in trouble for perjury? lying under oath because the cops see it and supinad to court and statements dont match up.

Same exact type of situation happened to a friend of mine. He is a US Citizen living in Mexico. He hadn't even seen his ex in 2 years and she went to court claiming he was beating her. He can prove that is quite impossible. All he can do is when the RO is up in a year he can go to court if she attempts to renew it and contest it then.
