Perjury

Perjury

Postby Owen » Sat Feb 08, 2014 3:03 am

I've approached the neighborhood prosecutor when it comes to my estranged spouseis accepted perjury (in a deposition under oath). Prosecutor explained flat-out he doesn't prosecute in cases of divorce. The prosecutor questioned why it was not being looked after in family court. I've invested over $50,000 in lawyer costs while my CPA estranged spouse determine his regular money properly (off by 37% on fundamental incorporating). None of my lawyers have actually described it in court proceedings. Prosecutor indicates written down that I merely move ahead w/ my entire life. I'd enjoy to get this done but need my cash that's being kept within the court process until funds is achieved.  None of my lawyers explained that perjury was permitted in family court.  It's difficult to negociate once the other party changes his testimony under oath. This isn't justice. While one lies under oath your partner reaches a problem. Exactly what a waste of taxpayers money on senseless courtroom time. I'd appreciate any feedback from other people in this case or will be in similiar situation.
