i used to weigh 250 pounds(because of very powerful medication which one of the side effects is massive weight gain) when december 2010 came i started a weight loss regimen and now i am 153 pounds.
here is the problem though my doctor told me to stop at 190. i did not listen to him i went down to 160 and at that point my newer doctor said stop there that i will be hurt very badly by the Weight loss and at some point i may even die. i did not listen to him. i am just so tormented by having gained the weight in the first place and to add insult to injury the weight gain was not even in my control and prior to the medication i had a very balanced diet and i never showed signs of weight gain. my reason for getting to 150 was to make it so that by december of this year(there is a 70% chance i can get my surgery to remove the loose skin on my stomach) i would be able to ensure that i would still be at or below 160 by the time of the surgery. i just don't know how to maintain weight. also while i was at 160 and trying to make it to 150 i made it to 156.7 naturally(no anorexia or chronically low amount of calories) but the day after making it there i weighed 158 again so i decided to go from the average 1500 calories a day down to 700-900 calories a day. why just yesterday i at 1000 calories than i burned off 500 calories)
now to get to the point. i ask this question today because when i was going to eat lunch (1 hour 20 minutes ago) all the blood rushed to my head and i went blind for 2 minutes and i just stumbled aimlessly when i got my vision back i had diarrhea and i almost vomited but i held it back then i felt a burning sensation in my eyes ears and throat.
what i want to know is does this have anything to do with my deprivation of calories on such a high level?
what should i do if anything?
what is your personal opinion of this situation
ps i am a man 6 foot 1 and i am 18 years old
