as i said, i am very depressed as it was my pension, i am in the UK and it was made today. i signed the contract and really do want it is there any laws or any way i can cancel out, any laws or something. I can probably resell it but i couldn't get a house for the money i would have left

I don't know about over there but over here you have a few days to cancel a contract but only two or three. Best call your agent or solicitor first thing.

Now that you have signed the contract, you will have to pay an awful lot of money to back out. You need professional help:

1) A doctor to deal with your depression

2) A solicitor to see if there's a way of bailing you out of the mess you've created

3) A financial adviser to work out the best way of dealing with your pension

Can you not just cancel it? I live in Scotland so it might be different if you are in England but here you can cancel it right up to the day of moving. What would happen if you sold your property and when you signed for the new property the other people cancelled so you would have to cancel? I am sure you have a few days cooling off period where you can cancel. Good Luck

Difficult, expensive, and not guaranteed to work. This tells you how to do it:

Make sure you get the right legal advice, because if you get sued it will cost you a bomb.

Don't understand your question. You say 'i signed the contract and really do want it' then say you want to cancel!

You then say 'i am very depressed as it was my pension' - why can't it stay as your pension - what's changed?

Hard to help when you make no sense.
