I traded phones with someone on craigslist?

We both signed a written agreement saying that both phones are in good condition. He says he's been having problems with the phone I had traded with him, when I've never had problems with the phone ever. Now he wants to re-trade and have his original phone back. Can he take me to small claims court for that?

he could but by the time he does all that he could have bought 2 new phones ,he's bluffing ,i wouldn't worry about it
