I want to expose someone who lied about going to school?

They spread malicious rumors about me, my friends, and then threaten my livelihood on a daily basis. This individual claims to be a college educated Linguist/Computer Science Major from Oregon. THEY HAVE NEVER APPLIED THEMSELF TO ANYTHING. NO PASSION, NO AMBITION, NO SELF-RESPECT. This is a highschool dropout. He also tried this blog where a cheap writer with a shrill high pitched laugh writes slander & label about a minor. The subject matter was deleted. The account has not been accessed since 2010.. another person has been writing in every other imaginable place on the internet.. in a less shrill pg&e laughing to tone.
