I have had the same trouble, and I know that it sucks. For me, the reason I get ignored is because everyone else is just so much louder and more flamboyant than I am, so they get the attention. Try to build up a stronger relationship with your individual family members instead of only hanging out as a group. Work on just one person at a time and work your way up to being close to everyone. Once everyone actually knows you better and hopefully likes you more too, they'll be more inclined to pay attention to you.
As for drawing on your body. I understand that it's a form of expressing yourself, and your parents probably know that too. However, if you're rather quiet and never speaking, your drawings are probably getting a lot more attention than you. As you work on building relationships with everyone, you'll have the chance to actually talk with them one-on-one. This will help your parents get to know you better, not just your drawings.
It'll take a lot of work, and there may be some awkward moments when you just have no idea what to say. Stick to it and it'll get better.
