No, you have every right to plead not guilty, and that plea has no effect whatsoever on your fine.

Nope. The fine is what it is.

There might be additional court costs if you appear in court.

The actual fine will not increase, but the court cost associated with the time used to dispose of your case will go up if found guilty.
