Traditionally, AOL cared hardly any about quality-control monitoring or administration... defamation or else.   You may contact them and complain.  But it often falls on deaf ears with AOL.   Sorry, if it was severe violation to you... but that's kind of how web has been.  Individuals claim crazy stuff.  Most of the cards here have elevators that never reach the most truly effective floor(being Computer).  So that team doesn't get it or treatment much anyway. :)
