If you have declared chapter 7 or chapter 13 bankruptcy after the October 2005 law change, what caused you to choose one counselor or firm over another when obtaining your pre-bankruptcy filing certificate?

Was it the price of the session? Was it because your attorney specifically recommended someone? Was it because someone friended you on facebook or followed you on twitter?

Also, did you seek the certificate before you chose an attorney, or after?

If it wasn't the price of the session, what ultimately was the deciding factor in your choice of counselor or agency?
