Here is a sample from the book: "The tale begins half of a millennium ahead of, when California community employees gained bargaining rights and quickly found just how to pick their really own employers - that is, supportive politicians who'd would give them outsize pay and positive aspects as a swap due to their assistance." Is this a sizable location of the multi-billion-dollar price range shortfall in California? And is this story being(or even to be) repeated in villages, cities, counties, and states about the world?
