Are you sure you're up for a long, expensive, court battle against multi-million dollar entities who didn't just go out yesterday and hire A lawyer -- but happen to have entire TEAMS of lawyers ON STAFF with nothing to do but fight cases such as yours?
I'd say, find out what sort of changes can you make that will make them happy, then make them.
Later on, after you've won the Bazillion-Gazillion Dollar Lottery, you can hire your own team of lawyers and CRUSH THEM. In the meantime, I tend to doubt that whatever changes they want are really going to be that earth-shattering, so you're probably better off just ceding to their demands.
Learn to pick your battles. Some may be very principled, but still not worth the effort.
I'm also pretty sure that if you consulted a lawyer for advice, he'd tell you the same thing I just did and charge you three hundred dollars.
