Can you tell me why youtube rejected 2 videos for monetization but not the other?

I've asked youtube to specifically tell me what I have done wrong - and no answer,
I made these, I own the SalsaFitness trademark and it's me in the video, no music etch, so why have they allowed monetization on one and not the other 2?

there is no reason, i personally think that sometimes they are just to lazy to actually check out the video and accept it, like as if they have a button and sometimes they press it and sometimes they dont. there is a way to bypass it, and i use it all the time.

1. change your video title, description, and tags to a letter or phrase (save it to a word document so you dont forget it)
2. change your video privacy to unlisted, and turn OFF monetization for the video
3. go back to the video editor and change privacy back to public and turn monetization back on
4. log out of youtube and close the browser for about 3-5min
5. go back into youtube and video editor and it should be monetized
6. change back your title description and tags

There you go! hopefully it worked, it should have, it does for me.
