In Alberta Canada ...Restraining Order?

I have a person living in the same house as me. The guy is OK . I like him, but don't "like" him ... He's not gay, neither am I,

He's hooked up with a "Witch with a "B" "

This "B-lady" already has a restraining order filed & processed against her; by the Landlord, one time enforced by the RCMP & CQB but still, through all the legalese, resides here.
There is a standing restraining order agaist her still but the RC's will do nothing !!! ? !!!

I could take matters "in my own hand" but I abhor violence.

ANYONE ?
For some odd reason the RCMP does not enforce this agreement.

Just to make things more interesting ...

For the SECOND time she has been arrested from these premises .... <<< I don't understand it either

I provide palliative for my landlord(s) <hubbie died in Dec >

I have researched "Eviction Notices" in Alberta.
Mrs. "Landlord" is getting stompped on .... BECAUSE she can't say " NO! "
She has a heart of gold...
I've provided her with countless means of "culling" the unwanted lady but her heart will not allow it !!!
Any help would be appreciated.
