I am 18 and I just got cited for it. I already took traffic school once in the past year. Can I just pay the ticket and accept the point on my record? or do i have to take traffic school again?

The scheduled fine for a violation of Veh C 21950 is $234. Your fine should be close to that. Traffic school is not a "have to" issue, it is a "get to" issue. If you got to go to traffic school to avoid a DMV point within the past 18 months, then you don't get to now, and the point will go on your record.
