Oh my god get a clue! SB 1070 does not address the border problems because it can't! The problem at the border is entirely the responsibility and jurisdiction of the federal government! SB 1070 scope is to combat the problem of illegal aliens already within the State of Arizona that are placing an unfair burden upon the State and its residents.

The law simply put requires police to positively identify someone who they stop or contact while in the performance of their lawful duties. Having the proper documents, IE passport, green card, or state issued driver's license etc. on your person prevents being detain longer than necessary.

Someone with a foreign sounding accent who does not have the proper documentation on their person is a fool.

What Irony? I recall answering this same exact question with the same exact link and format about three times now....

Do you think that if you keep posting it over and over again, people will believe it? Or maybe you should sit down, put your multiple accounts aside and think for a minute..."Hmm, does this question make any sense at all? What does Border Patrol who works at the border, have to do with State Law, which was blocked?"

You guys wonder why after 8 tries you still can't pass the Dream Act. Yeah, barging into a Senator's office and chaining yourself to the doors.....that will really convince them to see your way.
