Injury occurred during the marriage; however, spouse being divorce from has an income of $100,000+ yearly?

If you where hurt on a job you worked at yes you can collect. If your saying your husband hurt while you where married your S.O.L unless he carried workman's comp. If you worked for him at his company than yes again.
