Thoughts: What is the definition of an alien? Someone/Something that is not from earth? That green, bug eyed freak from the Twilight Zone? A species similar in appearances to humans? How impossible would it be for a foreign species - advanced in their intelligence - to play God themselves and plant life on earth or guide the evolution of man? Do we not as humans with our own intelligence play God as well? Do we not flirt with the idea of clones, defying death, bending nature and molding it to our design, and creating unnatural life? How difficult is it to imagine that we were left here as an experiment so that others could observe our evolution and psychological/sociological/theological development. Why, if I was an alien I would be fascinated to created my own real life Sims game and watch what unfolded. If God is real, why is it so hard to imagine him in an different form then what we’d like to imagine? How can something physically, by the laws of science, be everywhere at once unless that said being had some sort of technology to fulfill these “God-like” powers? Or maybe God is apart of a separate realm of Space - a world of nothingness; dark matter that does not interact with our physical world - but then I wonder: how Godly is the God we think he is? Is he truly ‘perfect’? What could that possibly even mean for another species/being to be perfect?
These are just some thoughts and ideas of my own. I'm truly puzzled by these questions and when people tell me "just have faith" it does NOT cut it for me. Faith doesn't answer anything; it's just a cop-out for something you can't answer. Otherwise, let my faith be the reason I kill my own daughter because she dishonored my family in the name of God.
