In reference to this recent posting, one issue that comes to mind is if she was knowingly harboring an illegal alien, getting pregnant as a result, and they breakup, should the court consider asking family services to determine if her parental rights should be suspended for willful violating US Law?

This is not an opinion, just a proposal for discussion considering the political nature at this time in addressing the rights of illegal aliens.

I have 3 German cars, a Swedish car that is made in Holland, a Japanese car made in America, French wine, Chinese computer and phone, and a Russian girlfriend. I really don't care that my gardener is an illegal alien from Mexico.

She didn't willfully break the law. You seem unclear on the law. Only the illegal immigrant is in violation.

So no.

This question is ridiculous.
If she is an American citizen, then her child is an American citizen.
Why would someone take her child away for conceiving with a non-citizen? How ignorant.
