Is It Legal Not To Offer A Refund On Items?

Does a supplier have to offer a refund on items purchased when demanded by the consumer? Even if it is broke or not? Is there a time frame involved?

Well, it isn't enjoy an ordinary shop kind company. It is more of the cellular form business that offers materials to specific additional business eather for resale or for use from the workers. There's no method for them to publish any type of indication since they work-out of the various companies that they contact. Would be the regulations different in reguards to some return plan with different companies? Does the client need to be provided a return plan? Cheers, Ron

What do you mean by "supplier"? Are you talking about an ordinary retail sale?
