Definitely right. He's to complete that. The individual in rush in the place of reachin the specified future over time find yourself in hospital. infact the traffic police is helping him achieve securely... but I'm unsure wat happens in asia when the individual in rush herself is just a traffic police. May they matter a ticket.rules are rules.
