Is it right to sell codes on ebay?

Postby kyledyr » Sun Feb 26, 2012 4:22 pm

I have few xbox live codes, battlefield 1943 codes and online passes. Whoevever buys the codes, I want to email them or Ebay message them but is it right to do this? is it against the law? do I have to mail it? If I do it, what will EBay do to me? will they ban me or will they do anything serious?

Cant see why not, but maybe you have to mail it to them.. Check the terms and conditions of ebay sellers. That should tell you. Other people appear to have been selling codes on there as I have just checked. http://pages.ebay.co.uk/promos/0IF_100114/index.html This doesnt say anything about not selling xbox codes, it allows you to sell codes. I think if ebay doesnt agree they will send you an email telling you it's wrong, they wont ban your account strait away, but if you carry on breaking the terms and conditions they will suspend your account. However in answer to your question... You should be allowed to sell codes on there. I have seen others do it, they email the code to the other person..
