Well, the first one is false. No president EXCEPT Obama has ever publicly shown a birth certificate while running for office or while in office.

The second one is false too. Foreign undergraduate students don't get US student aid.

Third is false, as Social Security numbers were assigned centrally at the time and didn't precisely pinpoint locations. Eisenhower had a CA SSN before he lived there.

No president has ever voluntarily released educational or travel records, they've been "obtained by the press in other ways. Obama has released health information.

The rest is political stuff, there's always firsts there as they are so specific.
