Returning to offshore (departing US) 29-Dec-07 Comp A<br />
Departing day from Compensation A 10-Jun-08 <br />
Go US 14-Jun-08 On H1 from Compensation W<br />
Worked 12 months for Compensation B. 12 months On H1 from Comp B<br />
Departing day from Compensation B 7-Jul-09 On L1 from Compensation A<br />
And rejoining Organization A 8-Jul-09 On L1 from Compensation A<br />
And I'm on L1 from 8th July 2009. The organization A somehow triggered my new L1 and I acquired new L1 placed in India on July 7th 2009. <br />
Our issues is: Will there be anyway I will transfer back to my H1 back. H1 credibility credit stamps is till 2012.<br />
I've great offeres from additional organization and they're searching for H1 transfer choices. I'm prepared to spend cash for this move also.<br />
