Is Mr Obama using other people's pensions to reward the UAW?

Putting their claim as bondholder subservient to the UAW contrary to all known bankruptcy law and precedents? (i.e. the Indiana Pension Fund of all those firefighters & police officers that are suing in the U.S. Supreme Court)

The administration was able to successfully spin the same action, literally stealing from bondholders for the profiting of the UAW in the GM government take over.
The take overs of both auto makers is nothing less than the formation of a partnership between the Obama administration and the Unions which in itself should be illegal.
But, I think there might be a silver lining to this black cloud of deceit. There is abundant proof of the inability of government success in management indicating that a further decline of GM is eminent.
In the long term, Obama may prove to be the greatest "union buster" of all time.

When a corrupt politician like Obama tries to pay off everybody, someone is bound to get left out. This time he paid off the UAW which supported him. But he did it at the expense of the teachers and public employee unions which also tried to bribe him, so hopefully they will all learn that you do not always get paid back when you support a corrupt politician.

Right. That is what any good liberal would do for votes. Consider he has all the union votes, the teachers votes, the black votes, the hispanic votes and the young goofy flower power votes. He only had to get a few hanging chads to be elected and/or pass any legislation he wants. Not that he will wait for legislation enabling him. He is expanding executive power like Nixon never even thought of.

The old saying goes. You can take the person out of the ghetto. But you can't take the ghetto out of the person. Everywhere he goes there seems to be deception.

Absolutely he is and it is unconsitutional.

That is why Ginsburg is trying to stop it.

You should read last month's Mother Jones. It'll open your eyes.
