Is the UK Human Rights Law covers International Student?

I'm an international student in England and this recently my rights of privacy was taken away. Can I sue that person in this case?

Generally, the same laws apply to all people within the country.

Could you describe the situation with additional details? How exactly has your privacy been invaded?

Unless you can prove actual damages you likely cannot win a civil lawsuit, but a criminal persecution may be possible.

Yes it covers everyone. If law enforcement did it with a warrant) that's legal though. If it was just some random person, go ahead and talk to a lawyer.

I believe the human rights laws apply to actions by the state against individuals

Not the actions of individuals against individuals

And as far as I am aware you dont have a specific "right to privacy" from any individual

But there are laws which cover many areas which might cause your privacy to be invaded,
(such as opening your mail -
but the crime is for illegally opening your mail, NOT because your privacy was invaded by the person reading your mail
YOU could not sue them cos they read you mail)
