depends on your state laws. but in most places you can be ticketed for impeding traffic by driving too slow.

In many states there are signs posted on certain roadways that have minimum speeds.

Depends where you are.

If you're on a country lane, then no. That is to be expected...what with ******* tractors everywhere.

If you're on a motorway/freeway/autobahn, the cops might pull you over because there are usually minimum speed limits which you must adhere to.

Minimum speed limits are just as important as maximum speed limits on most roads.

My aunt got pulled for driving too slow on the freeway.
