Is there a time limit on settling a workers compensation claim in the state of Missouri?

They will go to court in a law suit, and can take years.

I had one in MO that took about 9 years and then the insurance company finally offered an ok settlement.
If not, it could have taken longer.

Yes, there is but I don't know for how long.
