Is There A Way To Obtain Info From A Previous Workers Compensation Case?

I had an incident at a previous job and need to obtain info regarding it. The problem is it happened about 13 years ago. Is there a way to still get the info I need? Should I contact the doctor who was involved regarding my workers compensation case?

that is only way to get info.
u can approach w.c. agency
to see if u can get claim info
from them.
may take months/years + $$.
