This property is paid for in full, what can I do? I have a tenants in this house. I have a rental property that I can't pay the property taxes and water bill right now. I am unemployed at this time and I need time to pay the bills off. If I quick claim it over to someone will the house be clean and clear for them far as my bill? I will still owe the water bill and taxes which I will pay asap once I get a job. I just want to make sure that they don't get charged for my taxes or get my water bill.

Since there is no mortgage, what the hell are you spending the rent on?! You should be using that rental income to cover the costs.

Call the water department and ask for an extension or payment plan. Same for the property taxes.
