Isn't the website Ripoff Report breaking the law for defamation?

I found it by trying to googling something earlier but it is really interesting because there are posts on there were people can say whatever they want about companies that scammed them and i even saw actual postings of individuals on there with there real names and pictures being called out for being crazy, stds, lying, pedophile, fraud, etc. I tried to put my own name in the search box but found nothing.

I believe it's covered by the First Amendment's guarantee of a free press.

They merely provide a forum for people to report being ripped off and warn others. They aren’t responsible for misrepresentation and people lying and making things up. It’s like if I sell you information I am selling you the information but what you choose to do with that information is on you.
