Just How Long May They Maintain A Bankruptcy On Our Credit History?

Postby Dustan » Fri Jun 27, 2014 5:52 am

I've read two distinct time-frames and that I have to know. Our Section 7 bankruptcy is ten yrs old, Submitted: 05/01/1997 and Released: 09/01/1997. Should not this be from my credit history right now? I also noticed someplace that it may remain on so long as ten years. my credit score is nearly 700, and envision just how much greater it'll be without this dangling over me.
May I obtain the Personal Credit Rating Companies remove these details from my credit report because of it is old-age and expired standing, or do I've to hold back 2 more decades?
I'm wanting to understand this off my reviews. Please support! :move:
