I have only heard of "buyer beware" and for the buyer to check through the contract of sale (section 32) before going ahead with an offer. But if this is a CONTRACT of sale, then if there is an error (let's say dimensions of the land is out by 10 sq meters), isn't the contract VOID and hence get my deposit back? If not, what protects the buyer?
