Property law in australia?

Postby fiynn » Wed Jul 11, 2012 8:31 pm

Scenario: The australian police entered somone's property without express consent of the owner of that privately owned house or business. The Australian police had a summons to enter the property. The owner arrived whilst the Police was at the property. The owner said that regardless of the summons to enter this property I am the owner and I request that you leave. The police officer laughed. The owner then said, "entry on property without the express or implied consent of the owner is trespass. The owner has extensive knowledge of property rights in australia. the owner is corrrect and has the last laugh. The owner puts his lawyer on the phone to speak to the police officer in charge. The lawyer specifically mentioned a certain court case which protects property owners. could this be true. What court case was it. I think it's..................but maybe you can confirm my research.
Do you know about this law that we as people of the Australian Monarchy are protected from a high court decision. Not many of us would know this to be true.
