It's a long, complex, multifaceted event.
To make it short, I have contacted the Courts, the Police, the Federal Trade Commission, the Better Business Bureau, etc.
I have actually looked up all the laws, and tons of them have been broken against me by these four entities. Some of these laws are stated to be, in the laws, class D felonies. Other laws state that I am able to sue.
It's not my responsibility to enforce criminal laws, such as the above-mentioned felony (although not including the law that says I can sue). The government is solely responsible enforcing crimes that are felonies, right? The law in question is NRS 633A, regarding a psychiatric legal hold. What government agency is responsible for enforcing that law? Would it be the police, since it's a state law, and a felony? My understanding is that the DA who charges entities with crimes, only takes reports from law enforcement agencies.
Another law that has been broken says that the Federal Trade Commission (The FTC) is responsible for its enforcement. However, when I called them, they stated to me that they are not even allowed to enforce the law. I'm guessing the person I spoke to was simply misinformed. Should I call back and quote the law to him, or what?

Additional Details
I'm not going to consider getting a lawyer for anything except the civil lawsuit unless someone shows me a law that says I am the one responsible for enforcing laws, because my understanding is that I am not - the government is.
If I am somehow supposed to be held responsible, then I have the legal right to do it without hiring an attorney. If I were obligated to spend money on an attorney when I am the victims of corporate crimes, that would certainly be a crime in itself - something along the lines of manipulation or extortion.
Thanks.
