This question has been up for 8 months. Please I am asking those who only KNOW the answer to my question, NO guessing! Thank you.
Why would they not answer my question (below) as to whether I can use a listening device to record others for the purpose of bring a lawsuit against them? Why could they not just say yes, or no? No smart alex replies!
I live in Las Vegas Nevada and I am having problems with several people in an neighboring apartment complex a crossed from mine. They are surveillancing my residences and spreading slander about me in the community where I live, informing others as to when (or if) I leave my home, etc. Some silly thing about that if I leave my house on a Friday Night to go out then I am a slut, and this gives rise to black men in the area to proposition me for sex for money and stalk and harass me.
I see black women standing a crossed the street watching my apartment, waiting to see if I leave my apartment, but I do not know who they are or what Apartment complex they live at, but every time they (or others) are standing outside surveillancing my apartment and I go out, I am stalked and harassed and propositioned for sex by black males, in cars and on foot, in a very rude and disrespectful manner. It is getting really bad.
I find that even people on the bus that I take are also involved, (which I believe to be a hate crime), and there is a lot of hostility among the passengers towards me, because of various slander that has been circulated around about me. (It might be jealousy.) I pretty much live a quite life to myself and I don't cause any trouble.
But lately it has gotten out of hand and I have been contemplating getting a listening device to listen in on conversations these women and others are having about me and capturing it on digital tape and recording it while they/others are a crossed the street etc, and then use it in court.
I believe their (and others) motives are even more ominous than I think they are because of the hostilely that they and others are creating that I have witnessed that are involved in this.
I was wonder what the laws are in Nevada for listening in on conversations of people while they are outside in public from a distance without their knowledge and tape recording their conversations, and then using it in court as evidence?
Also is it lawful to tape record a person(s) conversation within a close range, 1 to 2 yards, while they are outside without their knowledge when I am not using a listening device?
Thank you for your answer.
