Lenovo b570 windows starting problem?

Lenovo b570 windows starting problem?

I have a Lenovo b570 laptop and it will not start windows. When i start the laptop it shows the Lenovo screen then either gives a windows boot manager or a screen with patents. What is wrongvwith my computer and how can I fix it? Who do I call? I bought it through Best Buy without their warrenty.
