License Or Patent? I've Created An Implement That May/should/may Market Thousands

Postby cinnard » Sun Jan 05, 2014 12:12 pm

Can you guard and make or loosen up with a royalty payment.Finance is not an issue for me personally to develop but i be worried about China and it's point of view to Complex products....they seem not to determine Patent and flooding the marketplace with copies at a significantly less expensive price. The price to apply a patent worldwide is unthinkable. Any creators obtainable?

Protect it with a patent - if you can bring it to market yourself, do so, otherwise find someone to license the product to, and get a per item fee.   Schelli 21 months ago

"Do you have to patent it first in order to license it to someone else?" The asker certainly should, or he loses the idea to whomever patents it.   Schelli 21 months ago
