Looking for a lawyer to take my case?

Postby caelin » Thu Jun 07, 2012 10:49 pm

The medical damage took place in Minnesota. I currently live in Illinois. Is that a problem? The most challenging issue is the malpractice (brain damage) originated in 1994. My current neurosurgeon says the radiation used in 1994 is continuing to cause further damage along a specific path in the form of aneurysms. How can I sue? I read that when it comes to brain damage in Minnesota, the statute of limitation is decades long.

You need to speak to an attorney in Minnesota since this is where the act took place. Preferably an attorney who specializes in medical malpractice.
Call the Minnesota state bar association. They could help direct you.
Good luck.
