Extra information is needed.
What's your position, LPR or US Resident?
Did your present spouse enter the united states officially then overstay or did he enter illegally, without examination or I 94? If he joined illegally, then there's no opportunity you could have his standing adjusted.
In relation to your present relationship, it's difficult to follow. You will need a great family attorney. Are you stating the wedding to Number 3 wasn't authorized since you were still committed to Number 2? Today, Number 2 is officially divorced, however, you committed Number 4 as the scenario with Number 3 is unsettled. The wedding to # 3 isn't legitimate, however, you want to get an "annulment" to become formally dissolved. Which means you committed Number 4 when you are still officially committed to Number 3...this provides a hard situation. You seriously want to get a divorce attorney to go over choices, but definately have Number 3 annuled.
