I'm writing when it comes to see if I will get my record eliminated from nearly five years back, after I was charged with utterace and writing, and also the judge delivered to probation, and that I needed to pay court fees, and price, in addition to pay the restitution in the cash which was taken.
My problem is am I going to have the ability to get my record expunged for this very first time crime, since the education that I'm getting demands me to provide any criminal past that I might have had.
