How can anyone in business not be aware of the I9 form? Employers are required to have on on file for every employee. Is the form you fill out when you are hired, the one that requires you to prove that you can work in the US legally. It's been required for over 25 years and employers face fines if they don't have them. His 'great idea' has been federal law since 1986!

That law has been in the books for years. Da gubmint chooses not to enforce it.
