Moneyyyyy problem!!??? new question?

i asked a question before about this topic this as my question:
I had a babysitting job i worked for the lady two days, she was supposed to pay me Thursday she changed it to a week for then, when that week was up i called her she said shed call me when she got paid, she never called me. i sent her one email n called n left one message. today i called her n asked if she gotten paid she said no stop harassing me. even tho i called once n sent one email. its been 2 weeks since she said shed call me
Is there any way i can get my money from her... ????
what should i do ????
I got some good answers thankyou very much to those people, most were take her to small claims court.
My new question is how do i do that
how much will it cost
she needs to pay me 35 dollars the money isnt really the whole point its the fact shes done this to me..
will i still be able to do it seeing that its that much she needs to pay me.
And yes i will have a adult help me w this but id just like some more info on this..

It sounds like you are a teenager, so the first thing you should do is tell your parents.

You can sue her in small claims court and recover your money. Just like on Judge Judy.

Ask your parents what's best to do with the matter. if it's possible that you can order the person to pay you back legally, i mean, with the aid of the courts, then do so.
