Monthly Rentals In Rincon De Guayabitos,

Having a dispute with a tenant or landlord? Rental Law discussion

Monthly Rentals In Rincon De Guayabitos,

Postby Rowdy » Sun Jun 29, 2014 8:03 am

We are looking for a two bedroom rental in this area.  We have a crate trained small dog which we would bring with us.  Do you know of anything that would be available for a month during either January or February?  Do you know of a rental place called Cristobal y el Capital that used to be, may still be, owned by Sergio Fernandez Hernandez?  Our daughter-in-law used to work with his son and mentioned that it might be a possibility of a place. I would appreciate any information you might have as where to stay.  We prefer to not to stay in a hotel or resort area.  Thank you and I'll await your reply.

Monthly Rentals In Rincon De Guayabitos,

Postby Bredon » Thu Jul 10, 2014 1:46 am

Hello Molly...

The only place that comes immediately to mind are the two, two bedroom, small houses of my friend, Vern Porter.  One is newly built and the other is newly remodeled.  I expect them to be nice but I have not visited them.

They are in La Peñita, in a residential area but very close to the business main street; La Avenida.  I know there is a fence but I am not sure if the whole property is enclosed.

Please read what I had to say to Andrew about dogs.  It is just a caution, not intended to dissuade you from bringing yours.

Sorry, I am not familiar with the lodging option your daughter in law suggested but others might be.  You are welcome to post your needs to my bulletin board.

Rincon de Guayabitos is a "resort area" but perhaps it can be forgiven because, what ever you see it as, it is on a small scale.  It is a government planned community and very nice.  La Peñita is more of a traditional Mexican village

If you do a search on my bulletin board for "Vern" you will find a link to his web page(I am away from my home computer and don't have it handy).

Additionally, there are rental agents that peruse my board and you will hear from them if you post.

I hope you have a wonderful trip.

Tom
